Hi! My name is Amanda and I am the baker behind Cobalt Baking Company! 👩‍🍳

I was born and raised in upstate NY, and after moving around the country, I’ve settled here in Westford, MA with my husband and three dogs. I’m really excited to bake some delicious goodies for you!

I enjoy baking all kinds of treats from basic chocolate chip cookies to special family recipes from my Italian, Irish, and Polish heritage, and experimenting to give old recipes a modern touch. 🥧🧁🍰🍪

All of my baked goods are handmade by me and prepared in small batches using locally-sourced ingredients in my permitted residential kitchen.
