Aug 9th Market Sneak Peek

Here’s a Sneak Peek of what I’ll be baking for this week’s Market! There’s a few items returning, but lots of new bakes coming your way! I’m really excited to offer the Magdalenas (Spanish olive oil citrus cakes) and my Pineapple Zucchini Bread! The scones and a batch of the chocolate orange cookies will be vegan-friendly.

We also have a variety of locally-sourced ingredients going into these bakes including:

  • Blueberries and zucchini from Spring Brook Farms in Littleton
  • Honey from J&J Apiary in Pepperell
  • Eggs from Bitz n Peace Farms in Chelmsford
  • Milk from Tully Farms Dairy in Dunstable
