Fresh Fruit Bars

This past weekend, we went to Carlson Orchards in Harvard, MA. In addition to tasting some delicious ciders, we also picked some cherries and blueberries. I decided to make some homemade pie filling (which is really simple) in order to make some fruit bars! I drizzled the cherry bars with semisweet chocolate and used white chocolate for the blueberry bars! Yum!

These delicious goodies are making their way to Boston tomorrow!
