S’mores Cookies

On Friday, my husband and I went to Good Pickin’ Farm with our friends to enjoy some live music. It was a ton of fun and we rented out one of the fire pits for the show, which included a basket of fixings to make s’mores. The s’mores were delicious (of course!) and really the perfect end to a great summer evening on the farm.

I decided I wanted to recreate the s’mores in a cookie and here is the results: S’mores Sandwich Cookies! There’s a gooey marshmallow sandwiched between two graham cracker chocolate chip cookies! It really is a s’more in cookie form and the PERFECT summer treat!
