Status Update and Blueberry Cookies

It’s been a long week for me, bakery wise. But my hard work paid off! Yesterday, Cobalt Baking Company became a permitted and licensed operation via the Town of Westford! There still a bit more behind the scenes stuff I need to complete before I can open, but this was a major accomplishment!

To celebrate, we’re treating ourselves to these Blueberry Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies! Don’t they just look so good?
