Order Request Form

Thank you for your interest in our small batch, homemade baked goods! Please fill out the form below to submit your request. Once your request has been received, we will contact you via email to discuss order details, delivery, and payment.

Before filling out the form, please note the following:

• Items are only available for local delivery on Saturdays and Sundays. During the market season, items can be ordered ahead of time for pickup at market locations. See the Markets page for more information.
• Due to permit restrictions, we are unable to sell items outside of Massachusetts at this time.
• We require a minimum of 7 days to fulfill all orders; no last minute, rush orders will be accepted.
• Prepayment is required for all orders within 48 hours of the delivery date. If prepayment is not received by this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
• Minimum order quantities apply to individual items as specified in the menu below.
• Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance. We are a small cottage food operation and can only accept a limited number of orders.
